Anou..............................

Anou will be leaving us soon ( soon = Tomorrow) .  She has to go home a few weeks early to prepare for her trip to China and Mongolia with her family.  Anou is hard core well traveled and has shared some of her favorite photos from her childhood. I also have added a few from our time together. It has been the greatest pleasure having her in our home and we are now forever family.

Le weekend

Consisted of lots of beach time, a good bye and smores on the grill

Goodbye Pizza and brownies on the beach for marta who was meeting her family in New York for some USA travel before  heading heading home to Italy.

Wonderful weekend weather, with just enough wind to bring out the sail boats.  I love all of the colorful sails

Friday night meeting of

Boca Raton's Healthy Women's Adventure group. We had a  meet and great at the Yard House in Boca.  Fun night.

I was fortunate enough to be invited to attend this event with my girl friends.  We had a great time and we were happy to contribute to the cause.
