Mo was our surprise child, she was only supposed to stay for three- six weeks but once we had her we couldn't let her go.
Not because she cooks excellent thai food ( she does) but do you see that smile??? Its ALWAYS there with the attitude that goes with a smile like that.. she could be the poster child for THAILAND, which is Known as the land of smiles. Funny, smart,kind, yep she was a keeper.
