Ole, Ole, Ole

Yesterday we said goodbye to our Spains. It was the fastest 28 days ever.
Every year such a great bunch of kids. This is our third summer of hosting Spain students. You have one Spain student in your home but you end up forming attachments to many of the other kids and families.

We have traveled through a good part of Spain but yet to hit the Basque country. I am looking forward to exploring northern next summer.

This woman has hosted over 40 students and counting.  She has visited almost all of them all around the world multiple times.  I am hoping to match her.

Tapas night

Deiene and Arrate made us Spanish tapas on Saturday night.  In Spain tapas are a huge part of the culture and they wanted to share a few favorites with us.  Everything was insanely good.
