Nordic pastries

I had read a few reviews about this supposedly amazing  Swedish bakery that has opened two stores in London, (the first to be opened outside of Sweden).  Well known  for its  “kanelbullar" or sticky cinnamon buns.  I had it on my short list of places to go because who doesn't like cinnamon buns but never quite made it to either location.  On our last night in town we were kind of lost trying to find this noodle bar that I wanted to try and low and behold there is Fabrique sitting on the corner.  So we go in and get a bread and the famous cinnamon bun. It is a small space but had a cool atmosphere/vibe, the single employee was a swede.  I wanted to sit and enjoy but we had a noodle bar to find.  I put the bun in my bag and didn't take it out until we were on the airplane flying home.  OMG.. this was one the best cinnamon buns I have ever, ever tasted.  Kicking myself for not going here the first day and every day afterward.
