Favorite places - London

Camden town is an inner city district of northwest London.  Camden High street was once famously know for extreme punk scene, yes the punk rockers and the goths , doc marten stores the piercings and the tattoos shops are still there but so are the hipsters and the families and the tourists from all over.

Camden has a labyrinth of open air markets -Camden Lock Market, Camden lock village, Camden Market, Iverness Street Market, Stables Market.  I'm never really sure where one market ends and the other begins.  The food options are endless as well as authentic English pubs, bars and fish and chips joints.  You can spend hours if not days exploring and experiencing.   Regents canal runs through Camden and you can see the boats go through the locks on most days.  Our hotel was located on the canal and just a two minute walk to all the action.  It's one of my very favorite areas to stay.

This Thai food was my breakfast one day I can personally vouch for its deliciousness
