Easter Weekend
It has become our tradition to take our exchange students down to the southern most point in the U.S.
So on Easter weekend along with the L'Herrou family- who are hosting Marta from Italy headed down to the keys.
We left the house in the pouring rain but the skies cleared not long after.
stopping for refreshments along the way
kevin, Marta, Mo-Yada, Anou and the ever smiling Angelica
my fried oyster basket-required food for driving to the keys
yay! we made it
You wouldn't be in the keys if there weren't drag queens on the street
Todd, Sharon and Greg
I forgot why this place is famous, I think Hemingway hung out here.
sights from the car window
The kids went out on boats and we relaxed in the shade
No big bang theory reruns for us monday night
We saw a movie at
9:30 pm on a Monday night.
FAU Living Room theatre has discounted mostly
independent movies on Monday and Tuesday nights. We always say we are going but
then we get tired and don't go. This Monday we actually made it to the movie,
stayed awake through the entire movie and woke up on time the next morning. I am feeling confident so next week Reggae night !!! which starts at 10:30
