small circles
I am grateful for many things. One of those things is the friendships I have made here in South Florida. We don't have a huge social circle but a very small circle of really great people. Amanda and James are part of that circle. We got together at their very cool eclectic apartment for brunch a few weeks ago.
While visiting North Carolina
CN and I treated ourselves to brunch last Saturday. It was quite spontaneous and a very pleasant surprise, Printworks bistro is located adjacent to Proximity Hotel in Greensboro N.C. We loved the food, the atmosphere.

I had the Duck Confit Hash- pulled pork, truffled bistro potatoes, mushrooms and carmelized onions, topped with poached eggs and hollandaise. so good!! |

| CN had the Croque Madame, westphalian ham, emmentaler and bechamel 14 sauce on toasted sourdough, topped with poached eggs and hollandaise, served with bistro potatoes. |

thoughts
I went to make my bed and there was a lizard on it.
not a teeny tiny lizard but a Jurassic park size lizard
then when i tried to scare him off he didn't budge
he was like---- Yep, I am a big one aren't I and I know you are scared of me. I will move when I am good and ready.
finally I get him off the bed and onto the floor. No luck in catching him so now I have a dinosaur almost bigger than my dog growing in my bedroom.
So of course last night I had nightmares about dinosaurs and bill cosby because he might be a monster also
Balanced/ Unbalanced, Who gives a hoot.
I totally agree with her. I am sick of the word "balanced", no such thing. Stop worrying about it.
