zen med
Last Sunday I attended my first group zen meditation. I was invited by a friend of mine who is the owner of a really cool boutique, Zen Dali in downtown Delray. We all gathered at the store and just found a spot of our own on the floor. Okay, I wasn't very comfortable going in because this whole meditation thing is new to me, but it ended up being one of the best experiences ever. I left feeling well rested yet energized and invigorated. You know that feeling you have after a day at the spa or after a massage. That's the feeling. All light and stretchy and new.
