January Brunch
January brunch was also a birthday brunch for our friend Sandy. We spent the morning at Park Tavern in downtown Delray. Bonus Birthday Cake at the end and extra celebratory champagne toast.
Koya Bar
My goal was to eat at as many noodle places as possible. Simple and authentic evoking the traditional feel of Japanez Udon-ya, Japanese noodle bar e Koya was delightful choice. We tried the cold udon with hot broth. They bring you a bowl of hot broth and you add the cold udon to the broth. There is a reason for this but I have forgotten the reason. The second soup was Hot Udon with Hot broth and shrimp tempura. Both were very good. I'm told that they offer a great english breakfast udon bowl, so we'll have to come back again on a future trip.
A little bit of france in London
Blanchette- is a Parisian-style bistro with trompe l'oeil murals, serving French sharing plates with a modern twist. We had dinner here one night. Enjoyed everything.

Columbia Road Flower Market
Every Sunday a flower market springs up on Columbia road in East London. One of London's most visually appealing markets over flows with flowers and plants, During the holidays a Christmas tree or two may be found. Alongside the Sunday market is a host of Independent galleries and shops. There is an teeny tiny Italian eatery called Campari this a must do.
